Fund amends ATM offering agreement to increase limit

abrdn Total Dynamic Dividend Fund has entered into a distribution agreement with ALPS Distributors, Inc. to facilitate an at-the-market offering of up to a $75 million aggregate offering price, expanding prior authorization limits.
