Golden Minerals agrees to private share placement with Streamline Metals Capital

Golden Minerals Company entered into a subscription agreement dated May 14, 2026 to issue shares to Streamline Metals Capital Ltd. in a private placement transaction. The agreement establishes terms for investment including representations, warranties, covenants and closing conditions between the Delaware company and British Columbia investor.
