Goldman Sachs Asset Management continues as advisor to REIT under new agreement

Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. entered into a new advisory agreement with Goldman Sachs Real Estate Finance Trust Inc, effective June 10, 2026, continuing services previously provided. The agreement formalizes the transition from the Prior Adviser and establishes compensation terms for ongoing investment advisory services to the real estate finance REIT.
