GrafTech establishes $50M equity distribution agreement with Evercore

GrafTech International has entered into an equity distribution agreement with Evercore Group to sell up to $50 million of common stock on an as-needed basis. The agreement provides the company with flexible capital raising capacity through a registered offering.
