Grindr amends equity plan to increase share reserve to 28.2M shares

Grindr Inc. amended and restated its 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, increasing the total share reserve to 28.2 million shares including 11.6 million shares pending stockholder approval at the 2026 annual meeting. The expansion allows the company greater flexibility in granting equity awards to employees, directors and consultants.
