Groupon appoints Adi Rajkumar as Chief Operating Officer

Groupon announced the appointment of Adi Rajkumar as Chief Operating Officer with a start date of August 3, 2026, reporting to CEO Dusan Senkypl. The executive compensation package includes a $500,000 base salary, up to $150,000 annual bonus, $150,000 sign-on bonus, and 155,000 equity shares.
