Hadron Energy amends registration rights agreement with sponsor and shareholders

Hadron Energy (formerly GigCapital7) executed an amended and restated registration rights agreement effective May 22, 2026, modifying terms from the original August 28, 2024 agreement among the company, sponsor GigAcquisitions7, and shareholders. The amendment preserves existing shareholder rights while reorganizing registration provisions related to the business combination with Hadron.
