Haymaker Acquisition Corp V initiates IPO offering

Haymaker Acquisition Corp V entered a purchase agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald and William Blair to sell 25 million units at $9.40 per unit in an IPO that will include Class A ordinary shares and Public Warrants, priced initially to the public at $10.00 per unit.
