HIVE subsidiary BUZZ HPC to build 320 MW AI infrastructure facility in Greater Toronto Area

BUZZ HPC acquired 25 acres of land for $58 million and announced a planned 320 MW AI gigafactory in the GTA with expected online date in H2 2027 and CAD $3.5 billion capital investment. The facility positions HIVE in Canada's sovereign AI infrastructure buildout with capacity for over 100,000 GPUs at full build-out.
