HIVE's BUZZ HPC secures $220M sovereign AI GPU contract with Bell and Cohere

HIVE Digital's subsidiary BUZZ HPC closed a three-year USD $220 million GPU cloud contract to deploy 2,304 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs at Bell's facility in Merritt, British Columbia, supporting Cohere's enterprise AI solutions for Canadian government and corporate customers. The deal positions HIVE as a key player in Canada's sovereign AI infrastructure strategy and is funded through proceeds from its April 2026 convertible note financing.
