Honeywell appoints Jill Evanko as independent director and audit committee member

Honeywell's Board of Directors appointed Jillian Evanko, current CEO of Duravant LLC, as an independent director and audit committee member effective immediately. Evanko brings over 25 years of industrial and manufacturing experience, including prior roles as CEO and CFO of Chart Industries, and will serve on the post-spin-off Honeywell board alongside current directors.
