Hubbell Completes Acquisition of NSI Industries for $900M

Hubbell Incorporated completed its acquisition of NSI Industries, a leading electrical fittings and components manufacturer, financed through $900 million in term loans and $1.9 billion in senior notes. The acquisition expands Hubbell's product portfolio with over 15,000 branded electrical products and strengthens its position in the utility and electrical solutions market.
