Hyperscale Data terminates ATM offering after raising $24.7M

Hyperscale Data has terminated its At-the-Market sales agreement effective June 8, 2026, after selling 137.6 million shares for approximately $24.7 million. The company will no longer issue shares under this agreement and may evaluate alternative capital markets options in the future.
