IBP acquires Diamond Energy Systems for $12M annual revenue; repurchases 240K shares

Installed Building Products announced the acquisition of Diamond Energy Systems, Inc., adding approximately $12 million in annual revenue and expanding mechanical insulation offerings in the Upper Midwest, while also repurchasing 240,000 shares for $51.2 million in May 2026. The company has completed approximately $40 million in annual revenue acquisitions year-to-date and maintains $425 million remaining under its repurchase authorization.
