IGZO issues N-1 warrants

Intelligent Bio Solutions issued Series N-1 common stock purchase warrants to purchase unregistered shares. The warrants are exercisable five years following the effective registration of the resale of those shares. The warrants are subject to anti-dilution and other adjustments.
