IIPR launches $250M exchangeable senior notes offering due 2029

Innovative Industrial Properties announced a private placement of $250 million in exchangeable senior notes through its operating partnership, with up to $37.5 million in over-allotment options. The company plans to use $50 million of net proceeds for share repurchases and remaining funds for working capital, debt repayment, and strategic investments.
