Illumina shares rights on proposed $1.3bn litigation settlement

Illumina has been authorized to notify shareholders of a proposed $1.328 billion dismissal of the Icahn-led Class Action lawsuit. The company's Board must act to ratify the settlement deal with current stockholders.
