Ingersoll Rand adopts 2026 Omnibus Incentive Plan for employee compensation

Ingersoll Rand Inc. has established a new 2026 Omnibus Incentive Plan to attract and retain key personnel through equity and cash-based incentive awards. The plan aligns employee interests with shareholders by enabling directors, officers, employees, consultants and advisors to acquire equity stakes or receive incentive compensation.
