Innovative Industrial Properties establishes ATM advance agreement with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners

IIPR entered into an ATM Advance Agreement with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners to borrow up to a specified commitment amount secured by rights and proceeds from its existing at-the-market equity offering program established in May 2025. The facility provides liquidity support for the company's capital needs while maintaining its ATM offering capability.
