Intuit issues $1.75B in senior notes due 2031 and 2036

Intuit Inc. issued $750 million of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2031 and $1 billion of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2036 through an underwriting agreement led by BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, and Scotia Capital. The debt offering provides Intuit with capital for corporate purposes and refinancing needs.
