I-ON Digital assigns mineral property purchase agreement for Blythe Project

I-ON Digital Corp accepted assignment of Tall Ship Resource Development's rights to acquire 21 unpatented placer mining claims in Riverside County, California for $25 million. The acquisition includes phased claim transfers and future mineral processing mill development under a separate agreement.
