Karl Bollingberg declares reelection to FHLB Des Moines Board

FHLB Des Moines announced the unanimous re-election of Karl Bollingberg for his third term, effectively filling the North Dakota director seat. The Board of Directors manages FHLBank Des Moines, the least capitalized of the 11 Federal Home Loan Banks and a source of liquidity for member financial institutions.
