Keros to receive a $20M milestone payment from Takeda after first patient dosed

Keros Therapeutics announced it will receive a $20 million development milestone payment from partner Takeda following the first patient dosing in the Phase 3 ELRiSE MF trial. This payment brings total deal value to $220 million and is subject to a 25% stockholder distribution.
