Kinder Morgan sells 5.55% and 6.15% senior notes

Kinder Morgan Inc. priced $1.15 billion of 5.550% senior notes due 2036 and $600 million of 6.150% senior notes due 2056. This financing round supports the company's capital structure while interest rates remain elevated.
