KKR FS Income Trust amends senior secured revolving credit agreement

KKR FS Income Trust executed a third amendment to its senior secured revolving credit facility with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as administrative agent, dated May 28, 2026. The amendment modifies terms of the original credit agreement originally dated July 19, 2023.
