KPET Ultra Paceline begins separate trading of Class A shares and warrants

KPET Ultra Paceline Corporation announced that unit holders can separately trade Class A ordinary shares under ticker KPET and warrants under KPET.WS beginning May 21, 2026. The separation allows investors greater flexibility in trading the components of their units on the NYSE.
