Lantronix prices 4.17M share offering at $6.84 per share

Lantronix commenced a public offering of 4,166,667 common shares at $6.84 per share with an additional 625,000 share option for underwriters. The offering, led by Needham & Company and Canaccord Genuity, provides capital for the IoT infrastructure software company.
