Legion Partners amends Cooperation Agreement with NN, Inc.

Legion Partners Asset Management and affiliates permanently waived Replacement Rights under the Cooperation Agreement, ended specific obligations, and accelerated the vesting of 49,079 restricted shares for director Raymond T. White after his resignation. This leaves NN's general cooperation obligations intact.
