Lumen and Qwest launch exchange offer for senior notes due 2056 and 2057

Lumen Technologies and Qwest Corporation initiated an exchange offer to allow holders of 6.5% Notes due 2056 and 6.75% Notes due 2057 to exchange for new notes with Lumen providing unsecured guarantees.
