LyondellBasell amends receivables purchase agreement with new LC bank administrator

LyondellBasell's LYB Receivables LLC executed an eighth amendment to its receivables purchase agreement dated June 26, 2026, replacing certain parties and updating terms with Mizuho Bank as the primary administrator. The amendment includes payoff of prior commitments from MUFG and Gotham Funding and a transition of the Purchaser Agent role to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
