MagnaChip establishes at-the-market equity offering program with B. Riley Securities

MagnaChip Semiconductor entered into an at-the-market (ATM) issuance agreement with B. Riley Securities to sell common shares on an ongoing basis under its Form S-3 registration statement. The program allows the company to raise capital opportunistically while providing flexible liquidity access to the equity markets.
