Merger closing expected by Q1 2027

Axcelis and Veeco updated the expected closing date of their merger to the end of the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. The deal converting Veeco shares for Axcelis stock remains pending clearance from China's SAMR regulator.
