NewHold Investment Corp III to merge with Newcleo in $2.4B nuclear tech deal

NewHold Investment Corp III announced a business combination with Newcleo Ltd, valuing the nuclear energy company at approximately $2.4 billion with $429 million in gross proceeds from a $220 million PIPE and trust account funds. The combined company will trade on Nasdaq under ticker NWCL following an expected close in H2 2026.
