Nexalin acquires PONM digital health platform for HALO Clarity ahead of FDA trial

Nexalin closed its acquisition of PONM, Inc. from GreenLight Ventures, securing ownership of the AI-integrated digital platform supporting its HALO Clarity device and NeuroCare virtual clinic already deployed at UCSD. The acquisition strengthens Nexalin's integrated device-plus-software model for its planned 160-participant FDA pivotal trial for insomnia with enrollment expected to begin in Q2 2026.
