Nextpower to acquire Zimmermann PV-Steel Group for €330M

Nextpower agreed to acquire Germany-based solar technology provider Zimmermann PV-Steel Group for approximately €330 million in cash and stock, expanding its product portfolio and European market presence. The acquisition is expected to contribute €300 million in annual revenue and €45 million in adjusted EBITDA on a run-rate basis and close in H2 FY2027.
