NextTrip to acquire 51% stake in YADA Commerce for undisclosed consideration

NextTrip, Inc. has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire a majority 51% interest in YADA Commerce Inc., a social commerce and TikTok Partner Agency. The acquisition includes an earnout period of 36 months based on Net Profits performance metrics.
