NL Industries reincorporating from New Jersey to Delaware via merger

NL Industries is merging with its Delaware subsidiary NLI Holdings, Inc., with the subsidiary becoming the surviving entity. The reincorporation changes the company's domicile from New Jersey to Delaware while maintaining all existing assets, liabilities and operations.
