Northern Oil & Gas grants registration rights to Parallax Energy Operating

Northern Oil & Gas entered into a registration rights agreement with Parallax Energy Operating Inc. dated June 1, 2026, related to an asset purchase transaction. The agreement grants Parallax registration rights for resale of securities on U.S. and Canadian markets.
