Novanta completes acquisition of Riverpoint Medical

Novanta Inc. has completed the acquisition of Riverpoint Medical to advance its strategic footprint in high-growth minimally invasive surgical consumables; the deal is expected to double recurring medical consumables revenue and add $0.18 to $0.25 of adjusted EPS in 2027.
