Nuvation Bio exercises greenshoe option on $287.5M convertible notes

The underwriters fully exercised the over-allotment option for an additional $37.5 million of convertible notes, bringing the total offering size to $287.5 million. This financing provides capital for general corporate purposes such as working capital and drug development.
