nVent agrees to buy Maverick Power for $1.75B

nVent Electric has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Maverick Power for $1.75 billion, which could rise by up to $550M based on performance. The deal includes a bridge facility and is expected to close in late 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
