Ocean Power Technologies expands global deployment footprint to five U.S. systems

OPT increased PowerBuoy deployments from one to five concurrent U.S. systems across Department of Homeland Security, Navy, and research institutions, while expanding international presence with WAM-V autonomous vehicles in UAE, Taiwan, and other regions. The expansion demonstrates growing demand for persistent offshore monitoring and autonomous maritime capabilities across defense and commercial markets.
