Odysight.ai establishes $10M ATM offering program with Roth Capital Partners

Odysight.ai Inc. entered into a sales agreement with Roth Capital Partners to sell shares of common stock on an at-the-market basis under an existing Form S-3 registration statement. The arrangement provides the company with flexible capital raising capacity subject to Form S-3 eligibility requirements.
