Olema partners with Bayer to study OP-3136 with darolutamide in prostate cancer

Olema Pharmaceuticals announced a clinical trial collaboration with Bayer to evaluate its KAT6 inhibitor OP-3136 in combination with Bayer's darolutamide in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer patients, with the Phase 1b/2 study expected to initiate in H2 2026. The partnership marks the first clinical collaboration for OP-3136 and expands Olema's pipeline beyond breast cancer into oncology, with Olema retaining global commercial rights to the compound.
