On Semiconductor Files Amended Merger Agreement with Synaptics

On Semiconductor Corporation has entered into an amended and restated agreement to merge with publicly traded special purpose acquisition company Sonic Acquisition Corp. to make Synaptics a wholly owned subsidiary, with the deal now dated October 1, 2026.
