Ondas Inc. registers 2.7M shares for resale following Omnisys acquisition

Ondas Inc. filed a prospectus supplement to register 2,714,285 common shares for resale by selling stockholders, stemming from the May 16, 2026 Share Purchase Agreement with Omnisys Ltd. The secondary offering allows existing shareholders to liquidate their holdings from the acquisition consideration.
