Ondas Inc. registers 3.1M share offering from Omnisys acquisition

Ondas Inc. filed a prospectus supplement for the sale of 3,098,288 shares of common stock by selling stockholders pursuant to a May 16, 2026 Share Purchase Agreement with Omnisys Ltd. The offering registers shares issued in connection with the acquisition and allows existing shareholders to liquidate their positions.
