Ondas to Acquire Cyberhawk for $125M in All-Cash Deal

Ondas Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cyberhawk, a critical infrastructure intelligence and drone inspection company, for approximately $125 million in cash. The acquisition adds $45M+ expected revenue, $95M backlog, and positions Ondas as a leading provider in the expanding critical infrastructure inspection market.
