Planet Labs establishes $1.5B equity distribution agreement with 14 underwriters

Planet Labs PBC entered into an equity distribution agreement allowing the company to offer up to $1.5 billion of Class A Common Stock. The offering provides the company with flexible capital raising capability through multiple financial institutions including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup.
