Profusa to acquire G3 Vision Labs and others

Profusa agreed to exercise an option to acquire 100% of securities of G3 Vision Labs, Med Screen and Dominion Diagnostics in an all-share deal. The acquisition is contingent upon the Target Companies delivering financial statements.
